OK...I'v been off clen & efedra since Friday...why am I so hungry all the time. I have been sticking to my diet..fruits veggies lots of protein and limited carbs. I just ate some cherries just now to hold me over until lunch & I'm starving already..did nothing for me.... This sucks.. not to mention I have a headache

any suggestions??

eat the extra cals as protein......

Yohimbine ciuts appetite in some

The fat in ANPB will help you stay full longer. That said, maybe you are lacking fat in your diet? Maybe your cals are too low? Fruit is not good for feeling full - it goes through you quickly. Eat protein/fat combination.

ANPB is the kind with the oil at the top...not your run-of-the-mill Jif or Skippy or whatever.

Headaches are probably due to Ephedra withdrawl. Will probably get lethargy too. The hunger can be due to a rebound form the drugs. Main reasons why fat burners suck for long term weight loss. :(

I am on day 9 of a 14 day cycle and am taking 1.5 full pumps and am feeling NO sides at all?
My diet is great, I'm doing a ton of cardio...and not seeing any results.
i too am STARVING and am doing everything I can to avoid the temptation to PIG out.

You shouldn't be starving. Yes, when cutting you get hungry, but if you are starving all the time, you are NOT eating enough calories or eating often enough.

Go to the Diet Board or the WOmen's Board, post up your diet and see what people say.

Also, massive amounts of cardio are going to be counterproductive. Especially given a calorie-deficit. Losing fat comes from DIET. Your success or failure with losing fat will be determined by what you put in your mouth. Weights are next, then cardio (distant 3rd), then supplements (VERY distant 4th).
