I've used clen in the past with great results and am winding down my cycle and want to cut hard the last 4 weeks. My understanding is clen increases basal metabolic rate and you burn extra calories that way. My resting heart rate is higher than i'd like it to be right now and so I will stay away from the clen. so my question is this, say clen burns an extra 300 cals a day, will I see the same results just doubling up my cardio. So rather than doing 20-30 minutes every other day I can see the same results without clen doing two 20 minute sessions 3-4 times a week instead? Kind of a dumb question, but I know that extra cardio and no clen will be much better on my heart and a much safer decision health-wise, just wondering about the results.
