I have no experience with either of these compounds. Can any bros out there who have experience with these wfill me in on this stack? I have a friend who swears by this stack. This would be a 'cutting' cycle, no? Cytomel always scared me because I don't want to F--k up my thyroid. All I know about clen is that it's supposed to raise your body temp (and therefore burn fat).

Any info regarding typical dosing would be great! I think most ramp up with clen from 20mcg up to 100mcg, but not sure. No idea about T3. lol

this is how i run my t3

Days 1-4.................. 25mcg/day
Days 5-8...................50mcg/day
Days 9-12..................75mcg/day
Days 13-16................100mcg/day
Days 17-20................75mcg/day
Days 21-24................50mcg/day
Days 25-28................25mcg/day
 
clenbuterol also acts on beta2-adrenoceptors, it has been found to decrease the bone density, well at least in rats. BUT as osteoporosis, and all of its nasty associated pathologies like broken hips, is the NUMBER ONE killer of women (and men are also experiencing this now) it may not be such a fab fat stripper and muscle maintainance drug after all. It has also been linked to increased blood pressure, heart failure and a decrease in endurance! (Journal of Applied Physiology 2002 93:2034-2037)


Clenbuterol also has other detrimental sides:

1. Chance of major rebound or fat regain when you come off

2. Also suspected in killing off heart muscle cells.

3. I have no evidence for this but those that have used several times, it only works really well the first time (then see number one), and it won't work as well again.

I also think that messing with your thyroid hormones is a bad idea.

If you are interested in short term quick results, go for it.

If you are interested in learning how to lose bodyfat and maintain it, then learning more about diet, cardio and training is the key.
 
Never done clenbuterol. I'm on t3 right now. I've ramped up like this:

days
1-3: 12.5 mcg
4-6: 25 mcg
7-9: 37.5 mcg
10-12: 50 mcg
13-15: 62.5 mcg
16-23: 75 mcg
24-27: 62.5 mcg
28-30: 50 mcg
31-33: 37.5 mcg
34-36: 25 mcg
37- 39: 12.5 mcg

I'm in the middle of this right now. I think the thyroid is something to be VERY careful with. Hence the slow ramp with small steps. I've read people recommending not ramping down slowly. I think this is rubbish. Better safe than sorry if u want to mess with this drug. This cycle is slightly shorter than 6 weeks. i dont think this drug should be used any longer than this. The length of this cycle was mostly dictated by my wish to do a very easy ramping up/down.

T3 WILL cause catabolism unless stacked with an AAS. If u do stack it will increase the effect of the steroid due to increased metabolic activity.
