Clen/T3 users, post your loss...

Hi, I'm 31 years old, working out on and off for about 10+ years. Have become real serious since the past 2-3 months with the diet and cardio because of which I've lost 22 lbs since that time. I'm 5.10" about 209lbs, guessing about 18-20 % bf. Since the last month I'm stuck at this weight and have been thinking of doing a Clen/T3 cycle. Have read about it a lot on this site and think i'm gonna go for it.

Would appreciate any users posting how much fat they lost and what cycle they used. I'm not gonna do any AAS wid the T3 cause don't mind losing a bit of muscle if a good bit of fat goes with it.

So post up guys and help me out.

One reason I would tell you No, is because Clen/T3 seems to work best when you are Lean already.... Since your BF is so high at the moment, I would stick to Trex or ECA for a while..... There was a post recently about a study where obese rats didn't lose as much BF as "Normal" rats did on Clen..... Knowing that, I would wait till you get more lean, then use the Clen or T3 then.....

I am using a ec stack currently, meaning I was taking 30mg ephidrene with 3 hydroxycut/thermo dynamx(eas), twice a day. Initially the appetite suppression was there but now I just dont feel it and I dont wanna up the ephidrene to a third dose cause it messes with my night sleep. My diet is pretty clean 5-6 days of the week with one cheat day. I'm walking/jogging 5 miles a day taking about an hour to do it. I tried to do cardio twice am and pm (currently it weights in the am and cardio in the pm) but 2X cardio fukked up my shins. They were sore as hell. So i'm looking to add an edge cause gettin stuck in this rut is gettin to me and asffecting my motivation as well.

Any tips?
 
Sure.... 1st tip is to increase your cardio time.... I know you have prob heard this already, and it almost hurts to hear it..... I know, cause it hurts me to say it.... For me to lose fat, I'm dependant on cardio and Fat burners, and I hate it.... However, I've just accepted it, and I do it..... Best type of cardio for me is walking..... Sure, Treadmill works well, but for me, walking outside is King..... Not sure why, but it's more tolerable for some reason.... Find a park near you, get a watch with a timer, walk 30mins into the park, then turn around and walk 30mins back..... That is 1hr of low impact cardio that will shred you fast if you do it alot.... Low impact is important for your body type, cause it's easier to go long, and since it takes your body at least 18mins to enter fat burning mode, the extra time is really needed....

Sounds like youre doing well with the Ephedrine.... Only advice there is to add the Asprin or Yohimbee.... It is called the ECA stack, not the EC stack.... Sure, the Ephedrine and Caffiene might be the most important parts of the stack, but the Asprin plays a part too.... And since you need ALL THE HELP YOU CAN GET, I'd say go buy the baby Asprin (81mg), and add it to the stack.... How's your diet? Eating low carbs?

i wouldnt use the t3 but i think the clen is a goog idea just alternate it every two weeks with a eca stack,,,so clen 2 wks on then 2 wks on eca then 2 on clen ect...

clen dosnt eat the muscle like t3 dose...so you will SEE more of a difference in the mirror than on the scale....
 
I am walking/jogging for a hour a day already 5 days a week, 6th day I play about 3 hours of volleyball. Diet is clean, with a protien shake after morning workout, then a 2 spoons of ANPB about 2 hours later, then lunch is almost boiled cabbage with boilded chicken. Snnack at 6 pm of chicken sausages(microwaved) then cardio and then dinner at 9.30 or 10 pm. Pretty low carbs, according to me, meaning i am making a conscious effort to avoid them and am sticking to it.

Coouple of guys i know say they know someone who did clen by itself but were not happy then did a clen with T3 cycle and was amazed at the fat loss, hence i'm thinking of the both together.

I'd just say to stay the course, and try to be patient.... Fat loss will happen with what youre doing.... One thing you gotta know about doing Clen/T3.... Once you stop taking it, youre gonna rebound.... So, you really should treat it as a cosmetic stack.... In other words, realize the effects will be temporary, and take them at a time when you wanna look your best.... This is why I usually wait to do T3 till the Summer when I know I'll be poolside and stuff.... This is why I'd stick to ECA for now, and lose as much as you can off it.... ECA is great, cause you can stay on it for months at a time, and lose the entire time....

veerzad: are you doing only cardio or incorporating resistance training into your regimin as well? cardio alone doesn't work if you're body has become (to whatever degree) resistant to the effects of insulin...
 
I m doing weights as well. Mon/Tues and Sat/Sun is weight training in morn with cardio in the pm. Damn I wanna do a clen/T3 cycle. I think I'll just go for it.
