I'm considering a clen/t3 cycle. I'm currently carrying too much bodyfat that I'd like to lose in a hurry so that I can switch focus to building strength.
I'm 33 years old, 6'5" 240 pounds and I'd like to get under 210 pounds. I know that seems light, but given my current level of muscle mass it really isn't.
I'm currently on HRT taking 100mg of test cypionate a week and creatine daily.
Is a clen/t3 cycle a good idea for losing 30 pounds? If so, what would be a good stack for me? I've done one cycle before in the past, but didn't see the results I was looking for because my diet wasn't good enough.
Also, what should my training and diet look like if I do go forward with this stack?
