clen T3 and Cardio

Im going to run T3/Clen for 4 weeks while running a cycle of Tren/Winny. My question regards cardio while using T3. I know that most people seem to feel that the only caloric deficit should be from diet, and not so much attributed to cardio.

So If I want to work out approximately 4x a week for about 1 hour each time, utilizing a split routine, and do approximately 1 hour cardio per day in the morning, is that too much cardio for T3?

I plan on using a CKD diet, using the MR X All Natural Peanut Butter Diet, and might just throw the T3 out all together, but am still undecided on the T3.

If I throw out hte T3, I will probably up my cardio to 6 times a week, with Tuesday and thursday having 2 one hour cardio sessions in AM and PM.

Wow, it sounds a bit too catabolic to me. What are your stats and how much tren/winstrol will you be using? Depending on how lean you are already, a ckd with tren/winstrol/clen should be enough to make a huge difference in your bf very quickly, without a great deal of cardio.
 
damn that sounds like alot of cardio to me, I dont know if you will need cardio twice on Tuesday and Thursday. Clen, diet, tren, diet, and winny (oh i forgot diet) should do the trick without the T3, you really don't need all of that. 45 minutes-1 hour should do the trick 5-6 times a week.
 
I was planning on 100mg/EOD of Tren, and 50mg/EOD of oral winstrol, so what doyou alll think of it? I could cut back to 45 minutes of cardio around 4-5 times a week, if that is better. Otherwise, what is the reccomended cardio equivalents if I want to drop from around 15% to 10% bodyfat?

yeah man...

I've never used T3, but if you are going to be running it, I don't think that much cardio will needed, it might actually be counterproductive between diet, 2x-a-day sessions and the T3.
 
I don't think it matter if you run T-3 or not your cardio plan is way too much.

You only need about thrity minutes every day of running in the morning. Don't use stupid cardio machines, they don't allow you to really use your own force to accomplish your goal. In other words you use more energy and work the muscle better by running on solid ground compared to just picking your feet up on a tredmil.

In the morning is the best time because your body is already in that fat burning mode. I would do this before taking anything, then after you have a little something in your stomach take you pills.

Also going from 15% to 10% is pretty easy IMO
The juice alone should help with that.
 
I wasn't going to run any test, but picked up some Cialis instead.

I just figured that if I was going to use hte T3, I was going to do a damn lot of cardio as well, but I guess with the T3, I will only need to do around 30 minutes 5x a week?

or I might just scrap the T3 and use the Clen only
