Clen T3 advice please

I just started my cycle last Thurs. I need some T3-Clen advice cause I am thinking of mixing it in. Prob is I tend to have bad reactions to Fat burners. ie anxiety etc. anyone have advice on lowest effective dosage here? Any help is appreciated

Heres what I am running now:
wk1 20mg Var e/d
wks 2-11 1 250 mg sust e/w + 30-40mg var e/d (depending on what I can get my hands on I have enough for 30 now)+ .5mg Arimidex e/d
wk 12 20mg var e/d
wks 13-15 20mg Nolva e/d
I want to add Clen & T3 in here for more cutting. Do you think I should run it all the way through, toward the end, or post cycle to finish it off? Also can anyone give me an idea of lowest but effective dose. I am 31yrs 6'0" 228lbs 15-16% BF Eating 5 x day High protein Low-Mod carb low fat. Lots of Chicken Fish and Veggies. Cardio 3x a week on an empty stomach in the morning. Lifting 5 days wk 2 days rest alternating. Taking Glutamine Creatine Glucorell Levorex Sesapure and EFA's

Thanks for any input you might have here.
 
best way to do it IMO is to do sort cycles of clen and T3 to protect thyroid function and andrelgenic upregulation
start the clen/T3 2 weeks before your stop date...and continue for 4 weeks after you are clean..do it through your PCT
do 2 days on 40 mcg clen/25 mcgT3...then do 2 days of some other fat burner(i like ECA stack but if you cant handle it try some non stim stuff)
then repeat 2 days on 2 days off just like that...after 3 weeks increase the clen dosage to 60-80 mcg daily(split into 2-3 doses) and 50 mcgT3....continue this up to the end
u may wanna supplement with 3-5 mg taurine, 3 mg tyrosine, 3 mg Phenylalanine daily throughout this time.

p.s.: Protein intake must remain absolutely high this entire time you are on T3...2 grams per lb of BW as a rule
 
Thanks for the advice. With the T# don't I need to pyramid up and down with it. I know that just stopping all together is bad news even at 50mcg / day. do you think I should start at like 15mcg fist wk then 2nd go to 25 then 3rd 50 4th 50 5th 25 6th 15??? Then I guess I could efectively run 2 days on 2 off Clen at those dosage but pyramid that too. What do you think? Anyone else??????

The 2 days on 2 days off Clen cycles are ones from the Past.... They are found to not be effective since Clen has a long half life, and 2 days isn't enough to get it out of your system...... You should do 2 weeks on/2 weeks off instead.....

I agree. And I always recommend starting Clen at 20mgs (at least the LiquiClen). I started at 20mgs and thought I was going to die on the first day. The second day I barely felt it and was able to bump it up 20mgs every day until I was finished with 2 weeks. I ended up at 240mgs on my last day.

LOL Shit if you thought you were gonna die with 20 I am starting at 10 I am sensitive to this kinda shit. So here's the plan what do you think finsh the cycle then with PCT run Clen 2wks on 2wks off 2wks on then end. Starting 10mcgs/day1-2 20 day 3-4 30-40 depending on tolerance 5-9 then back down 2wks off then same 2 more weeks. Simultaneous T3 starting at 12.5 mcgs e/d wk 1 25mcgs e/d wk 2 50mgs e/d wks 3-4 25mcgs e/d wk 5 12.5 mcgs/day wk 6 Finish.. What do you think? Anything else? Obviously Taurine and Potassium the whole time and lots of water. I am trying to get myself tolerant to fat burners taking thermogenics now at low dose ramping up. Then I will stop them and go with the clen T3 stack at the end of the cycle.

You should run the clen/T3 now, not PCT - PCT is not a good time to run a catabolic like T3.

You dont need to back it back down. There is no need to taper it back down. Just keep going up until you hit your 2 week mark. As you continue, your beta receptors are going to be triggerd much less from day to day, so it is going to be easy to up your dosage from day to day or so.

Im super-sensitive to that type of stuff to. I still recommend 20. I swear I dont know what it was that first day that was different than every other day. I honestly dont think I took my L-Taurine that first day because I believe I wanted to see just how bad the "Clen Cramps" were to see if I even needed to buy/take Taurine.

Well i found out... Taurine is a neccessity, lol. But that day man... I dont think I've ever sweat more in my life. I was just sitting at work, and I could feel the sweat dripping out of my arm pits. Luckily I didnt have on a shirt that showed it too bad, and I was able to get up alot and go to the bathroom and wipe my fuckin arm pits down with paper towels, haha! I even went to a supermarket around the street during lunch to get some anti-persperant. It was a trip. I didnt think I was going to make it to 100mgs at all... not even close after how I felt that first mornin. And everyone I talked to and every thread I read about, most guys were peakin around 200mgs. I was like, jesus fuckin christ, theres no way...

But you will see after a couple of days how receptors get de-regulated fast on this stuff and your "tolerance" will sky rocket.

I still recommend starting at 20mgs. But to each his own :qt:

Ok cool. I think I am going to run the T3 at the end of the cycle last 6 wks. Then fish with the clen during PCT. Maybe I'll Try 20 to start LOL but then again. Maybe not :). Thanks for the help.
