CLen , T-3 Question

I'm about to start up a clen cycle. A friend recomended t-3 to use with it. NOw I have read up on clen and Know to take one a day increasing until I find my level then drop by one. NOw I can't locate a lot of info about t-3. I trust my friend but I would like to be informed by some knowledgeable bros on here too.

Here is what I have.. please give me some feedback

CLEN: 3 days on 3 day off (when I have worked up to my #)

T-3 :1 tab each day 5 days/ 2 tabs each of next 5 days then 3 tabs working back down to 2 then to 1 again using 5 days each.

also using thermogenic/ hydroxycut on the days I'm off of clen

Help me out here bros! I have seen clen used different ways on here. I was also told not to drink at all on the t-3 or have serious problems...

I want to cut some fat down I'm 31 6'2 220 and want to drop to 200 or so.

Your clenbuterol program is poor. Clen should be done for two weeks, no more, as your body adjusts quite quickly to it. They come as 20 µg tablets (usually), so start at 60 µg/day and work up to no more than 140 µg/day or until you get the shakes. On the two weeks you're off, take the ECA.

T3 is a tricky substance. Some have high tolerance for it, others don't. There are also various strengths of the tablets -- make sure you know what you have before taking it. They come anywhere from 12.5 µg to 50 µg tablets. If this is your first time using it, I would NOT go over 75 µg/day at any time. See how you react to it first.

The Clen is .02 mg I still work up to the right amout right?

The cynomal/T-3 says 25mcg this will be my first time using either.

Could you give me a stack for the two? Thanks

I've cycled clen in just about every imaginable way. What seems to work best for me is a dose of 120mcg, 2 days on/2 days off for 3 weeks. On the days off I use the ECA stack. Like Gymratsd said, the effects diminish quickly afer 2-3 weeks.

I've given up on T-3. The side effects just weren't worth the marginal benefit, for me. It made me lethargic, groggy, and I generally didn't feel well. Also, after coming off of the T-3 I would quickly rebound (gain back lost fat) if my diet wasn't squeaky clean. I've found that ECA, clen, proper diet, and lots of cardio work much better for me.

If you're still insistant upon trying T-3, I would cycle it like this:

Days 1-5: 25mcg/day
Days 6-10: 50mcg/day
Days 11-15: 75mcg/day
Days 16-20: 50mcg/day
Days 21-25: 25 mcg/day

What about the Alcohol? I was told if I drank while on t-3, that I would screw up my thyroid?

Also I was told to really hit the protien hard even though I was wanting to lose weight.


Is this stuff true?

I'm not well-versed in the effects of alcohol and T-3 on the thyroid, but if you're interested in losing body fat, why would you want to drink? You'll be cutting your caloric intake as it is, and alcohol is nothing more than empty calories (no nutritional value).

A proper diet is vital, and that includes plenty of protein. For cutting, my diet typically consists of 45-50% protein, 30-35% carbs, and 15-20% fat.
 
Very True. Beer is just my weakness.

Your right, I need to eat and drink right or not waste my time and money.
