Clen sides

I started a clen cycle and everything is going as expected except I have terrible fucking headaches. Mostly on my left side, like a migraine, has anyone else felt this or had this before? And what did you do?

yea, mine same problem, headaches, but mine doesnt go away, just fades.

Im on 4mg taurine and plenty of h20

Up your water intake, and take a few advil when it happens it goes away, just give it time

I'm on about 3mg taurine and about 1.5 gal of H2O. I hope they fade fast.

In somewhere around a week all or most of your sides will go away, just bear through the headaches, I had the same problem. Just don't forget to take a couple of weeks off after around 3 weeks on b/c clen stops working after about 3 weeks.
