clen sides sooner than expected

Hi guys, like you read it on my title, freaking clen sides showed up after 4 days of intake, I have been on 20 mg per day but night sweating and head aches are annoying as hell, and this is only on 20 mg I was thinking to upgrade it to 40 mg next week but hell no, so two question, are this long term side effects, second, drinking more water( drinking three liters a day) throughout the day will help me to regulate body temperature and help me to reduce sweating? thank you.
 
Three liters of water is what you should drink under normal circumstances without the intake of AAS or Clen. You need to hydrate your body a lot more and try something like electrolytes.
Clen is always advertised as some very soft compound but I have seen first hand how it can mess with your body. A friend of mine was going nuts after he dropped his first dosage. Super antsy, anxiety, sweats etc..
 
i'm pretty sure you mean mcg, not mg

and clen is a DRUG, not a hormone, with a far shorter half life than injectable steroids. it isn't like injecting test E or EQ and waiting a few weeks to feel anything.

the sides you feel are normal. clen is a shitty drug, if you aren't getting anything out of it then stop using it
 
The problem with clen is that it has a half life of 24 hours. It doesn't matter when you take it. It's going to negatively effect sleep.

I personally am not a big fan of clenbuterol.

You could just easily do an extra 15 minutes of cardio. I have used clen in the past and I always felt it did more harm then good. It caused muscle cramps when I was training and it really negatively impacted my sleep. [/FONT]

Cardarine gw is going to be your best option. It directly increases fat loss, endurance and recovery. It is not a stimulant or a hormone and is pretty much void of side effects. [/FONT]

Clen sucks and you should drop it. If you are getting sides at 20mcg per day that is a bad sign. To actually have any real fat loss you need to be up around 140mcg per day in my experience. Imagine the sides you would have at that dose. Clen is just not worth running.
