Clen...Results

I dont think he will need more than 200 pills, especially if he is using eca or something in between the 2 on weeks. I mean 2 weeks of clen then 2 weeks for 2 months is a long time. If he tapers up and does not use more than 6 pills a day(maximum you should take) then 200 is plenty.

my diet usually is:
no breakfast

Lunch and dinner each meal:
half a chicken, white meatburger no bun with blu cheese
green beans with balsamic vinegar or broccoli with melted cheese and bacon

It's hard being on a diet with only limited college dining hall foods. Any reccomendations. I also eat a lot of cheddar cheese, whipped cream, and peanut butter before bed... is that bad?

Thanks

eat breakfast. eat more constantly. green beans are a no-no on keto diets. whipped cream and peanut butter (natural) have little carbs but too much can kick you out of ketosis. if youre eating normal peanut butter though, forget about getting into ketosis

Your diet is not very good.

No breakfast...are you kidding me. Thats the most important meal of the day. Your body hasnt had food on over 8 hrs and then getting up and waiting till lunch doesnt stoke the metabolism. Your body goes on survival mode...basically thinks starving since it hasnt had nutrients at that point for probably 12 hrs. Horrible idea.

Anyone who has done a tiny bit of research knows eating smaller more frequent meals will cause the metabolism to really rev. It also controls insulin levels and feeds muscle.

I suggest getting on a good diet for at least 2 mos and then assess whether you need to add clen to your regimen. I think your problem is purely diet.

Also for bodybuilding atkins sucks period. It takes some carbs to burn bodyfat...there are some who wont believe it but its true.

I suggest the following meal plan;

Meal 1(breakfast): protein source and 1/2 cup oats

Meal 2: protein source and fat source

Meal 3: protein and 1/2 cup oats or 6 oz yam and green beans

Meal 4: same as meal 2

Meal 5: protein and fat source and can add green veggies wont hurt

Meal 6: (before bed): 6-7 egg whites and 6 flax caps.

Protein sources can be whey, cottage cheese, steak, beef, chicken fish tuna and eggs etc.

fats can be natty peanut butter, heavy cream, flax oil, borage oil, fish oil, which all come in caps for ease.

You will feel better on this diet, probably add a few lean lbs and burn fat...it blows what you are doing out of the water.

Good luck,
