Clen questions

I'm thinking about doing 4-6 weeks of Clen, 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off at 40-60 (max) mcgs a day.

Questions:

1) Will the two weeks off really let my beta receptors reset, or will they be compromised forever?

2) If my beta receptors do get powned, what happens long-term (i.e. 30-60 days after discontinuing clen)

3) Does clen rebound? Am I going to gain fat and have a market metabolic slowdown during my 2 weeks off?

Wanted to add one other thing... As I get older I seem to respond worse and worse to caffine. My lethargy and bodyfat increase when I do caffine throughout the day. Now, I'm best off with 1/2 a cup of coffee in the early AM, then leave caffine alone for the day.

What suppliments does my "no caffine" rule knock-out?

Levorixin still ok? (I think so)
What about Thermorexin? (which I love)
What about Yohmniburn ES? (which I love)

What are the good non-caffine alternatives? My goals are to keep fat burning high and maintain intensity in the gym.

BabyPlunkPet......you're full of questions.....

Your beta receptors regenerate so there's no chance of them being "compromised" forever. You will use Ketotifen to upgrade your beta receptors after the two weeks of Clen use. There will always be a degree of rebound after total dicontinuance of a drug.....to what degree, I can't say. It depends on your genetics and tolerance.

Longterm there are no permanent changes to your beta receptors from use of Clenbuterol.

Whats the recommended dosing/cycling of ketotifen with clen?
 
2 weeks on 2 weeks off does not work for me, I need to take at least 1 month off between cycles of clen. After that it works just like the first time, as far as rebound goes taurine helps with that.
 
No real rebound if you're diet is still in check. Remember that a lot of bros use it cut. When cutting season is over, bulking begins

Not exactly........off-cycle downtime is mainly maintainance, so there's no real bulking inbetween.

Rebound has all to do with diet.

ive read on some other boards that using clen 2 on and 2 off can cause more damage to beta receptors then using clen troughout period of 6 weeks.According to that, you should find whats your tolerance zone,measure temperature troughout the day and stick to the dose your body can tolerate.
using keto or any other anti-histamine will help regulate things back to normal.(its what ive read, but tbh all my friends use clen 2on,2off so...)
