Clen question

I need some help here, everytime I try dieting, and doing cardio, I always lose a lot of strength, and it brings me down big time, and I lose motivation.

The question is, if I use clen, and go on a extreme diet, and do lots of cardio, will the clen help me retain my strength, and preserve most of my muscle mass.

I have never cut with clen alone, but I would imagine it's not very strong by itself for protecting muscle mass, compared to AAS that is. I think a solid diet and training program will help you keep your strength more than the clen. Try doing a very low volume style workout while cutting, it worked well for me. I was running a cycle all summer, but my strength never bottomed out.
 
Clen won't help you retain any muscle mass or strength.

If you want to cut up, while retaining mass and strength, do the extreme diet and some HIT (high intensity training; like revving/spinning) along with low-dose anavar (10-15 mg/day).
