Clen quest for you ladies

hello ladies!
Jus t a quick question about clen. My girl is going to be giving it a try to help burn some fat. i was wondering if anyone could give me some dosing tips that I could pass on to her. She has never used it before. How long should she run it her first time? Any do's and dont's I should tell her?? Thanks in advance.

Doesn't matter the form or dose. Clen dose for females is the exact same as males. There is no difference, it is all individual tolerance.

Clen will not help one tiny little bit without a CLEAN diet and SOLID training. It is stupid to take with without those things in place. It will not do magic, it is simply a tiny little SUPPLEMENT to diet and training.

She needs to supplement with Taurine and Potassium, same as males.
 
BTW, I like T-REX 8 million times more than Clen. Clen did very little for me - besides making me jittery and headachy. I would take the supps from AF store WAY before Clen.

I've thought about T-rex before, but I have the Clen on hand. her diet and training is in check. Interesting is the anabolic effect Clen can produce for Women. I've been getting the vibe that women tend to respond to it better than men do. I'm just wondering what would be a safe, effective, dose range and duration. Thanks Daisy!
 
The part where daisy said you need taurine cannot be overlooked. If you don't use taurine you will end up having a huge fat rebound after a bit. taurine is responisble for t4-t3 conversion in the liver (i'm sure we all know how important t3 is) and clen depletes taurine levels like no other drug. Just keep that in mind. that said, of all the fat burners i've used, clen is probably the most effective, but it comes with some pretty strong sides, for me, namely my bp.

This needs to be read again - I didn't stress it enough in my post. Thank you for explaining further.

But, I will disagree on the most effective fat burner. It is all individual - like I mentioned, I find TRex more helpful. But that is simply my experience with it. Some people love it, some don't. But it is certainly not the end-all-be-all of fat burning! :) Not only that, but I did not find Clen anabolic at all.

The poster's GF should not expect miracles - the results are 100% diet and training dependent. Clen would only be a bit of icing on top of that. ANd it does not come without sides.

No, No, she isn't expecting it to be a miracle drug or to take the place of her diet and training. Just for a little kicker. Can you elaborate on the Taurine? When should she start taking it, how much in pwder or pill form etc....
