Clen measurement - help please

Alright - I've searched all night - and i think I'm just a little "slow" when it comes to this stuff.

I am about to start Clen/T3

With the clen I am looking to start off with the normal dose of 20mcg

What measurement would the be on a slin pin?

I just don't get it

Any help would be much appreciated
 
CLEN:
200mcg /ml I'm assuming

slin pin has 100 IUs (so 100 tick marks)
that's 2mcg per 1IU (1 tick mark)
20mcg = 10 IUs on the slin pin

mix w/ OJ and drink

I stopped at around 9 on the slin pin - I've heard you say how strong it is.

I just know it's time get busy, getting leaner - and for the most part I've read mostly good things about Clen/T-3 (both AG-Guys - along with thier Taurine)

how long's it take to kick in???? :worried:

18-19mcg is not much, it's just to see if you respond well to lower dosages. If you don't see anything at 20mcg, bump to 40mcg etc... Dosages vary from person to person, but better be safe then sorry - start slow.
 
how long would it take for me to find out if I could do more?

But better to start low and work up to your threshold, than to try and work down from an overdose.

Shit, I just ramped up to 60mcg's today. My left hand is shaking like a mofo. ;)
 
I took the plunge as well. I didn't start the t3 yet as I wanted to know what the deal was going to be with clen.

I drew 1/8th cc. I felt a little bit but I think I'll go ahead and up the dosage VERY slowly.

Did nothing - is it OK to have a small cup of coffee?

I need to do cardio in a 1/2 hour, cause I am going to start cardio 2x a day today.

yeah you can add coffee, no problem. Tomorrow up the dose if 20mcg is a no go.

Do you HAVE to go extremely high on Clen and T-3

Or could one get away with topping out on clen at 70-80mcg

The tolerance is subjective. Some people do extremely well with 20-40mcg, some people need 180mcg. The best way is to ramp up and find out what's the best dosage for you.
 
well - once I had (1) sip of Starbucks, it started to get hot in here, so I went and did my "favorite thing" - 3:45 am cardio..........................

Id rather play catch with a hornets nest.................
