HOLY SHITE, is there anything you can take for the FUGGIN dome thumping. My head has been killin me, is it cool just to take an OTC headache remedy with it?

I would go with aspirin, and lower the dosage.

this happened to me the first time I ever took clen. make sure you are taking taurine (and potassium), but drinking a ton of water helped me. they were gone after the 1st day and never seen again.
