Clen legality

What is current status of clen in that is it a controlled substance? I know that it is not approved in the US to treat asthmatics. Are the penalties for posession/use of clen the same as AAS?

true but i don't think the DEA is going bust down the door for Clen. I have have seen first hand police let guys go with A.s TRUE STORY me and a few fellow bros were on our way home from the gYm we got pulled over by florida state police and they asked to do a search we said sure having no idea they were going to search us any way my one bro had 2 bottles of test he ask whats this and he repleyed BB stuff I got off the net but tanother bro had a joint on him(pot) arrested him let my other bro go GAVE HIM BACK THE test and we went on our way BUt i have heard of guys getting in trouble for a hand full off pills My self when one of my Ex girl freinds dropped a dime on me F (Bitch) she turned over one syringe of test and a few empty boxes of As and one strip of Clen they only charged me with a simple possion charge for the syringe Mistor M and that was it

The weird thing is I've never been able to find it on the DEA's controlled substance list.

Anyone send me in the right direction?

From the research I did I was under the impression that clen was legal to have but not legal to be consumered by humans. I think this allows ppl to have it but no use it (makes sense if your a scientist) so I think that's why they have it writen that way, but then again I could have misunderstood.
