Clen layout

just finished running a cycle of hdrol and would like to do a quick cut with some clen. Don't want to hear 'you should focus on diet and cardio' because those are on point and I am already pretty lean, and just want to bust thourgh a bodyfat% plateau i've always had to be extra defined

stats are 5'9" 186 @ 8.5%

planning on a conservative cycle maybe like this

day 1-2: 20mcg
day 3-4: 40mcg
day 5-6: 60mcg
day 7-8: 80mcg
day 9-10: 60mcg
day 11-12: 40mcg
day 13-14: 20mcg

i will dose taurine at 5grams per day as well, and after 15 days dose benadryl at 100mg/day

would i also be able to stack this with anavar as an extra defense against catabolism? i have about 250 tabs of 10mg var stashed away

any thoughts/advice on this would be appreciated
 
Bro you can. Just a FYI there is no substantial evidence on human trials regarding Clenbuterol as catabolic. I say this whole heartedly because I have never seen a decrease in muscle mass when I run the product. I'm seeing a lot of guys talking about this and blaming it on Clenbuterol instead of lowered Caloric defecit.. It's like this s homeostasis (the delicate chemical balances). What experts refer to as starvation mode, is actually a gradual loss of lean mass, which in turn lowers the metabolic rate. A lowered metabolic rate means less calories needed, thus it starts to match the low calorie diet!
If a dieter reduces calorie intake severely, in the belief that they'll lose weight quickly, then a plateau will hit much quicker, and will be more severe simply because the rate of protein loss would be much greater. The plateau will also last much longer, and be harder to push out of.
 
thanks for the replies. Do you think i should lower my calories below maintenance while running the clen, or just keep them at maintenance and continue lifting heavy and doing moderate cardio?

ive heard good things about the clen/t3 stack but am a little wary of running the t3 as of now...too much room for error in my opinion since ive never done it before

ive heard clen can raise blood pressure, so should i dose some hawthorne berry with it as well?
