Its good to be concerned, but dont be too scarred. Its gonna frighten the shit out of you the first day, but after that the sides dwindle quickly because Clen deregulates your receptors very very fast. That is why Clen is only ran in 2 week cycles, because after that it pretty much loses its effectiveness.
YOU WILL NEED L-TAURINE WHEN TAKING CLEN... otherwise youre gonna get cramps that put you in a fuckin fetal position on the floor.
Start at 20mcgs and work your way up. There is no need to taper it down when you are ready to stop, just ramp it up until you reach the end of your second week.
Day 1 = 20mcgs
2 = 20mcgs
3 = 40mcgs?
4 = 40
5 = 60
6 etc etc
Just keep bumping it up as you get to where you can tolerate the sides (sweats, shaking, cramps etc)
Take it in the morning so it doesnt keep you up at night. Most recommend not to exceed 200mcgs, however I got up to 240mcgs for my last 4 days.
A lot of people alternate use with ECA during their 2 weeks off.
