I just got a bottle of clen as a bonus I guess....didn't order it. This type of thing is new to me.....although I could stand to burn off some fat (tested at 19% yesterday) I am a bit scared of clen! Any advice, warnings, reassurances etc appreciated.
 
i dont like it...tried it for about a week and it made my heart feel like it was pounding out of my chest...but on the other hand i got a friend on it who has been on for a few weeks and hes triming down real good...my advise if you want to do it is to take it slow at first and work your way up...good luck

Its good to be concerned, but dont be too scarred. Its gonna frighten the shit out of you the first day, but after that the sides dwindle quickly because Clen deregulates your receptors very very fast. That is why Clen is only ran in 2 week cycles, because after that it pretty much loses its effectiveness.

YOU WILL NEED L-TAURINE WHEN TAKING CLEN... otherwise youre gonna get cramps that put you in a fuckin fetal position on the floor.

Start at 20mcgs and work your way up. There is no need to taper it down when you are ready to stop, just ramp it up until you reach the end of your second week.

Day 1 = 20mcgs
2 = 20mcgs
3 = 40mcgs?
4 = 40
5 = 60
6 etc etc


Just keep bumping it up as you get to where you can tolerate the sides (sweats, shaking, cramps etc)

Take it in the morning so it doesnt keep you up at night. Most recommend not to exceed 200mcgs, however I got up to 240mcgs for my last 4 days.

A lot of people alternate use with ECA during their 2 weeks off.

Either really. If you are doing a cutting cycle, then some guys like to use that in there along with T3.

However using Gear when using clen is not neccessary as its not catabolic by itself. :coffee:
 
used it mid-cycle for a few cycles (2 on/2 off)

then started back my last 2 weeks of cycle

did the ECA inbetween here and there too.

Bro take it from another 19% BF guy - or better yet look at Immortalis' avatar - if you can't see your abs then clen is a waste of time. Even stacking it w/ T3 is better for the 10% and below crowd.

Trust me on this. Just get some Trex and Sesapure/Glocorel from the afstore and you will be set. Save the clen as a gift when you get down to at the highest 12%.

If you do take it be ready for a new experience as it is NOTHING like any other thermo. Your eyeballs will be shaking if you take enough. You will get severe muscle cramps if you do not supplement taurine and potassium gluconate and drink a shit load of water - magic number for me was 2 gals a day - I took up to 100mgs per day - ramped up and down and took for 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. It didn't do much for me except make me look flat. DIet works way better if you can take it real seriously - like no booze or cheats for 90 days serious. I really believe this is a very over used supplement that is better saved for the truely dedicated, experienced, and proven trainee.
