Clen help please...

I'm looking for further advice on cutting with Clen.

Here's what I plan so far based on what I have read. Please mention any corrections or suggestions except shit like I should throw in some PGF2.

a) Will start when I start clomid

b) Will start with a couple tabs and keep going up until I experience some trembles, then use that as a base.

c) Take that many (from b, likely around 6 spread through the day.) for up to 12 weeks or sooner if my BF is where I want. After a week or so the trembling and sides should decist.

d) Keep protein way high. Set calories at my maintanance intake (about 2400 I figure.)

e) Start cardio that I was doing before cycle started (45mins med intensity 3-4 times a week)

f) Shoot for losing 4-5lbs fat a week and play with d+e to get this target.

sounds about right bro. Just remember to take your last dose early in the afternoon or you'll be awake at night.

a) do you change your weight routines while cutting?

b) So 12weeks every day is cool? I hear some people doing 2days on 2days off?


I was thinking of just cutting back the intensity a bit, keeping down to 3 workouts a week and dropping the weight a bit and going for a few more reps (I have always been doing 8-6-6-4 s) was thinking switch to 12-15 s.

May have misunderstood you, but...If you are refering to your Clen cycle, most people recommend that you take it 2 weeks on/2 weeks off. As you will develop and affinity for it and need to give your body a break.
