Clen/Epistane or Sustanon 250

Hey guys, I could use some help. I've been workin out for the past few years but recently (3-4 months) started hittin the gym and diet pretty hard. I'm currently +/- 185 at 14% bodyfat, I haven't been about to get any gains since April, with e to my calves, +1.5in. I'm sure some if this was due to my diet, high pro low carb.

I came off the diet 2 weeks ago and am maintaining my weight and bodyfat. Any ideas on what I should do to give me a boost? I wanna drop below 10% bf and put on some mass.

It's a flip between a Clen/Epistane or Sustanon 250 stack.

I'm open to everything this is just a stack I was throwin around with my friend, any ideas??

lean mass *1.14 = g of pro

= total g of pro
 
Bro, You need to to just keep reading and using search buttons unless somebody is nice enough to hold your through all this. You honestly have to pay me to give this much info.

Hey man, I just gave the breakdown incase someone wanted to look into a diet plan. I could have said I eat 2000 cals and 200g of pro a day and left it at that. Believe it or not there are people that check out this site who know less then me.
 
i hear you bro, you look like you're showing effort but your goals are unrealistic for a newb like yourself IMO and your knowledge of AAS is obviously not up to standard.
 
hey guys, I've been watchin my diet and hittin the gym every other day, also tryin to get a little cardio and abs in on my non-workout days. Only bad thing I'm seein is that I am maintaining my weight at 185 +/- 5lbs but I have lost about 1/2in. in my arms and legs and my body fats down between 12-13%.

While I'm all about the fat loss I'm not likin the decrease in size. Should I start takin some stuff or hold off a little longer?

PS I'm gettin about 2,000-2,300 cals a day stayin pretty much on a 40-40-20 diet.
