ok i started my clen cycle this is that im doing :

Example of a first cycle:
Day1: 20mcg
Day2: 40mcg
Day3: 60mcg
Day4: 80mcg
Day5: 80mcg
Day6-Day12: 100mcg
Day13: 80 mcg
Day14: 60 mcgs
Day15: off
Day16: off
Day 17: ECA/ NYC stack

my question is...is it necessary to taper it down the last wk of the cycle, being that im going to do the 2 wks on 2 wks off method? should i just run the 100mcg for day 13 and 14 as well? then take 2 wks off and start back up at 100mcg or is this overkill? also what is meant by ECA stack?? is that caffiene as in coffee or a suplement i should take? has anyone done and ECA stack after the clen???
 
I don't know the BEST way to run the clen, but I just stopped and didn't taper it down at all. I'm in the "two weeks off" phase now and running Thermorexin. In two weeks I'll run the clen again for two weeks, then Thermo from here on out.

ECA is ephedrine/caffeine/aspirin. Back in the day we used to eat a dymetadrine or two, an aspirin, and wash it down with a coffee on the way to the gym. Fun stuff.
 
Is it ok to just do the caffeine, aspirn deal if i dont have the ephedrine?? and would i do this for the 2 wks that im off???
 
I suppose caffeine and aspirin by themselves would be better than nothing... but what makes the stack so effective is the synergistic effect of all three ingredients. If you don't have access to ephedrine then consider something like Thermorexin or Levorex. I'm not sure about the other available fat burners on the market.

Yes, you would run the non-clen product on the two weeks you are off.
 
if u cant get eph. for whatever reason, pick up some yohimbine and use w/ caffeine on your non clen days
 
on day 4 of clen 80mcgs, so far have only hit 60mcs today have one more pill to go...feeling a little cramping in my stomach, but nothing major...as far as sides im i supposed to be feeling something...should i take all pills at one time or take one every 2 hours...should it be taken with meals or should it be on an empty stomach?
