Have been alternating ECA/Clen, on a standard 2 weeks on/ 2 weeks off protocol.
The thing is, by the end of week 1, I feel pretty drained on either thermo.
So I was thinking: how about doing 1 week ECA,1 week Clen for the rest of my cycle?
Would this be as effective, or would there be too many overlaps due to Clens longer half life?
Any thoughts appreciated.
