Clen dosing

Mkay, got some Clen and before I take it tomorrow I want to clarify a couple of things.

Concentration: .200mcg/ml - 60ml bottle

Does that mean that one ml = the "200" everybody speaks of that you might work your way up to? If so, then I assume my first does would be 1/10ml, 2nd 2/10, etc.

Also, at the lower dosages is Taurine and Potassium completely necc? How much does that junk cost? (or better yet, where should I get it)

Taurine and potassium are cheap....... start with 50mcgs and work your way up, I dont even go past 100mcgs but everyone is different

50 mcgs would be .25ml correct? (If .200 mcg/ml)

With the clen you have if your using a 1ml syringe 10 on the syringe=20mcg's. I would highly recommend at least having taurine on hand when you start cause you may get bad cramp's without it,they usually start a few day's after the first dose for me. I get mine from the af store,it's very cheap so it's not gonna hurt your wallet.

bro i totally agree with buffalo! I got cramps so bad when i was on clen... tryin to wipe my ass and my right lat cramped so bad i wanted to cry!! Get some taurine and potassium.... run taurine 3-5g a day, that'll help a load!
