Clen dosing question...

Just bought some LiquiClen from AG-Guys at 200mcg/ml. What do you think a good starting dose would be per day and what is the max dose I would want to work up to? Also how long can I use it before I should take a break, a month or so?

u stay stay on clen as long as u wanna....every 3rd week you have to take benedryl every night for a week and it cleans your receptors out so the clen keeps workin

i run 100mcg ed for 2 weeks, then benedryl for 1 week ed b4 bed. then another 2 weeks on, and so on

I would suggest start slow,, 20mcg at a time. use for 14 days,,,then altenate two weeks with ECA stack. this method works well.
