Quick question:
I hat to assume so I'll ask when taking 5 Clen a day should you split up the dosage evenly throughout the day?

You will likely want to split them up a little bit, but many have problems sleeping etc if they take them too late in the day. You may want to try and get them in before like noon.

I take 4 spiropent clens before working out @ 6:00pm, then fall right a sleep, not prob. It defenitely differs from person to person.
