Clen/Diet Question

Hi,

I have read various articles that Clenbuterol is not anabolic and not even that anti-catabolic but my own use tells me otherwise. What are everyones opinions?... can you maintain a significant amount of muscle while dieting with Clen. I have used Clen once before to maintain size while dieting but that was several years ago. If my memory serves me well it worked great. I am interested in why there are so many different opinions about this drug.

I am 240lb and need to lose a good 20lbs of fat while gaining muscle. I have had a long lay off but just stared getting back into it, I'm making fast gains due to muscle memory. In the past I had a real heavy manual job, now I'm sitting on my PC all day, any pointers to calorie amounts? I was thinking along the lines of 250grams of protein and maybe 150 grams of carbs a day on training days, less on rest days.

Thanks in advance

Pete

Clenbuterol, above all, has a strong anticatabolic effect, which means it decreases the rate at which protein is reduced in the muscle cell, consequently causing an enlargement of muscle cells. For this reason, numerous athletes use Clenbuterol after steroid treatment to balance the resulting catabolic phase and thus obtain maximum strength and muscle mass. A further aspect of Clenbuterol is its distinct fat-burning effect. Clenbuterol burns fat without dieting because it increases the body temperature slightly, forcing the body to burn fat for this process. Due to the higher body temperature Clenbuterol magnifies the effect of anabolic/androgenic steroids taken simulta-neously, since the protein processing is increased.

As for personal use, I would say this is correct. I have used it post-cycle and during. I have been able to maintain muscle post-cycle.

Clen is NOT anabolic
Clen IS anti catabolic (more than regular ECA)

and cardio + diet + clen = weight loss (fat) + muscle loss (a little)

but you will lose more fat and less muscle with clen than without!

How much cardio would you guys recommend. My job involves me sitting on the computer for up to 12 hours a day some days. Do you think 40 mins every day would be too much along with my usual 4 bodybuilding workouts a week? Considering my forced lack of inactivity would thats be about right?

Thanks

Pete:)
