CLEN CYCLE - wow this stuff is the shit!! - help

Hey about a week into a clen cycle and I have put on some lean mass and almost shedded my gut. 5'10 205 lbs, almost there.

Could someone set up a cycle for me..?? I was thinking it should look like

120mg/day f/2 weeks

week off.


then what??


ALSO if it loses its anabolic properties after 3 weeks.. then shouldn't you stay on for a 3rd week in the beginning?? Or do the effects come back when you restart that 3rd week after skipping a week??


Can you tell me what to expect when I finish this?? I'm really just looking to put on a few pounds lean mass and get ripped. I'm very lean with a tiny gut right now.

dude, how exactly did you put on any lean mass when clen has absolutely no anabolic properties whatsoever, all it does is increase your body temp a little bit, which results in more calories burned.
And for what its worth, it stays in your system for a few days after you finish taking it, so taking only a week off is way too short, thats why most go 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off

This is not entirely true.. clens actually widely used as a potential anabolic. beta-2 agonists are shown to impart strength and muscle mass increases, thats why many people use clen when they cut so they can keep lbm.

I'm the first to admit I'm not an expert in vetinary science, but one of the reasons we use these studies so often is that there is a meaningful amount of correspondance. I wouldn't put down our four-legged friends. By the way, Catalyst, every time I watch that clip in your sig it cracks me up. I hope that wasn't you, bro.

Actually, that's quite false. We think we're so similar, but really, there's tons of difference. In this case, the fact that humans have a minimal amount of the receptor cells needed for the anabolic / anti-catabolic activity to occur, whereas rats have plenty.

But some things ARE similar. The case was being made for clen as a potentiator- given favorable conditions you'll get positive results, which is why it's very popular to use post-cycle. Granted not everyone who'se used it will tell you they would agree with me. Others, including myself, feel it goes that extra step. Debate can go either way on this as I'm sure we've seen before. It's what happens in the gym that counts.
 
i have 300 40mcg clen, 32 50mg winstrol, and 20ml 100mb/ml primo. how should i take these for a cutting cycle?
 
its my understanding that clen works through beta receptors, of which animals have many times more than humans, so the effects on animals are vastly different than with people

Save the primo for when you can do more (re: 600mg/wk). Yes, add tren at 75mg ed. Do the winny 4 weeks ed at the beginning. Cycle the clen 2 wks on/2 wks off

actually i have 2000mg of primo. does that help? i figure i could start out at 600 then taper down towards the end. what do you think? the cycle i put before was taken off a website that recommended it that way. but with 2000mg of it that should be ok right?

We agree so far. A quick Google search (27 pages) shows unsupported opinion on it's effect on humans but little evidence. The best summation I found comes from The Annals of Pharmacotherapy Vol.29 No.1 pp. 75-77: Effect of Clenbuterol on Athletic Performance (C Spann and ME Winter) : "Unlike inhaled beta-2-agonists, more studies need to be performed before the action of beta-2-agonists on athletic performance can be assessed accurately. Experiments in animals with oral clenbuterol have shown augmentation in muscle bulk across numerous species, but human studies cannot confirm similar muscle mass enlargement in healthy men.Although the human studies demonstrate the potential for long acting beta-2-agonists to increase muscle strength in certain muscle fiber types, it is difficult to judge the drug's effects in overall athletic performance, because athletic skill is more than strength, speed, and endurance.The effect of oral clenbuterol on athletic performance cannot be evaluated from it's actions on muscle strength alone." While searching through this stuff, it struck me that there aren't any very recent studies on humans, and that unsupported opinions gathered from articles in various forums seemed generally more unsupportive of the use of clen for other than cutting than did other opinions that were available. Anyway, my 2 centavos.

Did you take taurine with while taking your clen? Its supposed to not allow the rebound effect to occur while off.
