i just finished my first round of clen last week and my next 2 work outs after were just horrible.. didn't feel like lifting at all. my normal everyday routine seemed fine.. just had no motivation or energy to lift intensely. i know many ppl recommend ECA's for the 2weeks off clen but i think ECA's suck (they don't seem to work for me) because they only give me super jitters and no detectable body temperature increase (can't say how much i love clen being as i can tell the stuph works.. doesn't give me jitters and you can feel your body burning).
can anyone recommend something else to supplement between the clen cycles? oh and i've tried yohimbe and the stuph makes me sick to my stomach... if only clen didn't down regulate after 2 weeks
