Clen and T3

Running a 3 week clen cycle with ag liquiclen. I have yet to take the plunge w/gear. Was thinking about adding some T3 to the mix at just 25mcg for the 3 weeks. With such a small dosage would it be worth it and would it keep catabolism to a minimum. My diet is spot on. Clen cycle is as follows.

Day 1-3 40mcg
Day 3-6 80mcg
Day 7-9 120mcg
Day 10-12 160mcg
Day 13-15 120mcg
Day 16-21 80mcg

Ag liquiclen is damn strong!
 
You can add T3 to the mix and run it from 25mcg->50mcg, taper up and down. Check out the t3/clen thread a few posts down.
 
Thanks Mr X you always seem to be able to help out, i've been reading that thread since it was made. I was more curious about using them without gear, running the T3 that high without gear would probably burn a lot of muscle, not sure, which is why i'm asking. I'll link to it if i find it again, but i read an article that said using just 25mcg of T3 daily will increase cellular activity by over 30%, which may help with fat loss but keep muscle wasting to a minimum. Thoughts?

if you have the article, I can read it and comment. A lot of statements can be taken out of context by users.
 
I can't locate it again as of yet, but i think the idea behind the article was at "supplemental" dosages of 25mcg T3 can promote a positive metbolism shift of around 30%, i have no idea if this is even accurate. You and macro and ulter all seem to know your shit, biochems?, so any help would be appreciated.

I never read the supporting literature, neither have I seen that article before. I'm assuming the article was for people with hypothyroidism, so it would be accurate. Overall, the T3/Clen stack will increase your metabolic rate by about 10%, nothing extraordinary.
