Clen and T3 While Bulking

I know some people run t3 at around .25mcgs daily while bulking on high protein diets to increase protein synthesis. My question is would t3 plus clen (anticatabolic) furthur increase the size gained during a bulking phase if the athlete was on sufficient amounts of juice (1g test weekly). Just wondering what your thoughts are. I was thinking of something like .25mgs T3, 100mcg Clen, while at around 600-650g protein daily on a gram of test and 75mg tren daily?
 
I think 12 mcg of T-3 was foiund to be anabolic, Clen, in humans, has been shown not to have any anti-catabolic properties. Only in cows with superhuman dosages is is anti-catabolic. I found it extremely dificult to gain while on t3 and Clen, no matter what I ate.
