really varies, tolerance is WIDE. No pyramid. increase dose until comfort zone "breached", this is usually 60-180mcg/day. stop at 2-3 week mark

I start at 1-2 pills the first day and just go up from there. I have a big tollerance for stimulants so i'm up to 200mcg per day pretty quick. If you don't need to go that high though don't.
