clen and dosage

quick question regarding dosages with clen. I got the bottle with the pump and am wondering what the standard dose is. I have used it before, generally one pump before the gym. (I was just taking it then to give me a little pump before hitting the gym). also, I should you go 2 weeks on 2 weeks off (whats the deal with that anyway?)
