Clen and cardio

Hi does clen help or hurt cardio performance.
You would think because it was made for asthma it would
help? Has anyone noticed a difference?

You have to be careful clen is anabloic an speeds up your heart rate. Clen will cramp you like a mofo much water is needed along with 1000mg of Taurine. Makes you jittery,cramp,and some cases hungrey really hungrey Personally I hate the shit. It did clear my asthema. They use it on horses so maybe in the smallest case some endurence.

second off how can something that speeds up metabolism and heart rate be good for endurance? it is the complete opposite.. it will cripple your endurance.

clen is absolute shit if you ask me. i hate the stuff. want to lose a few pounds? hit the track instead. not worth the sides.. I am a bonafide clen hater on this forum (if you like clen then thats fine but I hate the stuff and will never mess with it again)

I agree. Clen makes me feel nasty at 80mcg. Never again.
 
I've done clen numerous times, the past few times ramped up to 120 a day, and to be completely honest I've seen better results with other stuff. All the jitters, shakes (try writing your name when you're on this shit. People look at you funny), and occasional (but pretty bad) headaches you get from clen, just not worth it to me anymore. I'd rather feel jittery on an ephedrine stack and see WAY better results. I only tried cardio once when I was on clen, my first or second run...I kept having to take breaks.
 
^^ thats how i felt too, i got the nastiest heartburn ever after i ate anything, felt like i was having a heart attack.. and nothing would stop the pain.. and i'm a guy who NEVER gets heartburn ever. and the sides didn't go away for 3 days after i stopped it. i vowed to just work harder on the cardio and my diet instead to drop that extra half % of body fat. its really not worth it at all. i understand if you are comping and you absolutely need every advantage possible, but for everyone else there are better ways.

i agree 100%..Last run of clen i could barely excerise i felt like such shit..complete garbage

Plus the long term effects on your heart are still in debate.. stay away from this crap
 
anything that has that kind of ridiculous negative effect isn't even worth speaking about... there are so many ways to cut weight... i would never risk any of that garbage at all... cardio and a clean diet will help you lose weight man... there are plenty of other supps that can help you along the way that won't give you any side effects...
