Clen and benadryl

You CAN take Benadryl but you're better off taking Taurine... the amount of benadryl you'd have to take might mess with your sleep, etc...

The benadryl is to make the cycle go for 4 weeks so its effective through the four weeks is the picture i have up the right one and how do i take it i have taurine already.

take taurine anyways because it's the second most abundant amino acid in your muscles after glutamine. Clen depletes it big time. Think of taurine as the energy of your muscles so to speak. If I dont take Taurine my legs fail before I want them too doing squats and damn the pain.

benadryl I have being taken at 50 mg every night for a week....I am sure you will here many theories but I have noticed it working from that.

you need the benadryl with diphenhydramine.

search function will most likely have great post by experienced users and Mods with a plethora of knowledge on this topic.

I would take taurine through out your clen protocol for sure. I am willing the amount of taurine in a multi would be negligible. I believe anywhere from 500mg-3000mg a day would suffice. I think most supplement companies that offer it follow that as well.

Taurine
During intense activity, the muscle fibers in the body manufacture this important amino acid from methionine and cysteine. Taurine is present in the developing brain of infants in amounts four times higher than in adults. Taurine is such a critical nutrient that its level is mandated in infant formulas. Animal studies have shown that a taurine deficiency occurs with advanced age, particularly in females since estradiol depresses taurine production in the liver.

Benefits from adding supplemental taurine to the diet:

Taurine functions as a neurotransmitter in the brain and retina
Taurine exhibits antioxidant properties, so much so that white blood cells remain inactive unless
taurine is present to neutralize the radical oxygen species they generate when responding to invading bacteria.
Taurine aids in reducing the occurrence of congestive heart failure
Taurine improves heart arrhythmia
Taurine exhibits insulin-like effects on blood sugar (Compound Solutions, 2002)

A taurine deficiency can often be traced to a vegetarian diet or reduced animal protein intake. Taurine is not found in sufficient amounts in vegetable protein. Taurine is also associated with increased physical stress and exercise.

Muscular cramping
Cramping whilst using Clenbuterol is a fairly common side effect. This is most probably due to depletion of the amino acid taurine in the liver together with deficits in the electrolytes sodium and potassium, as well as inadequate hydration. Taurine helps stabilize cell membranes and prevent nerves from becoming over-excited. Some studies show that giving taurine supplements relieves painful muscle cramps. Japanese researchers found that the longer rats exercised, the more taurine they lost from their muscles (Matsuzaki et al, 2002).

Symptoms of cramping may be alleviated by:
Eating fruit particularly bananas
Ensuring adequate hydration
Taurine supplementation - 3-5g daily
Potassium supplementation - 200-400mg daily taken before bed on an empty stomach

Ketotifen is better than Benadryl.... but to avoid using any/all I cycle on cycle off.... I know this is argued but I prefer it... 2 days on/of... or 2 weeks on/off....

Buy pure taurine... the supplements that have taurine in them (mixed with others..) will not give you enough.

From what I've recently learned Clen will be ineffective after 4 weeks of straight use so I am going to say no.

Great thread by the way.

Yeah the Taurine helps the cramping. Also sip I believe just plain tonic water to help the shakes.

Yes anything that has diphenhydramine in it will do the trick. Restavit and unisom would be better because they are stronger but benadryl will do the job just manage to get in 50mg of diphenhydramine. i think benadryl is like 12.5 per serving.
