Clen and Benadryl and duration and dosage....

Okay fellas, question about clen and use with Benadryl. How much are you guys takin on average before bed? How long can you use clen successfully this way? I will only take the Benadryl before bed, so will this still get the job done?

That is the usual method. 50mg during the third week of clen (while still on clen or not) right before bed. I have known some that had to go to 100mg to get the job done.

I havent tried for a record or anything but I have gone 6 weeks straight. I wont run it longer than that.

the only reason we r taking it is to "re-fresh" the beta receptors. i havent seen any research or known anyone that has tried the method u r suggesting. i personally think it would be unecessary. clen doesnt really start to lose its effectiveness until about 18 days.

just a week straight and then wait another 3 weeks then repeat.

Ketotifen is the other one you can use. It is because they are cationic ampiphylic drugs and the short answer is they inhibit phospholipase which slows desensitization of receptors. The active ingredient in Benadryl that does this is diphenhydramine.

Yeah for whatever reason I was searching this on wikipedia last nite and saw the use of antihistamine with clen and immediatly thought of benedry. Actaully it may have been one of our so called celebrities like Brittany Spears.lol

Benedryl at ed is fine. Some people take it 4 times a day. I think its oft prescribed for depression in the UK or something like that. Many different uses and safe.

but will long term use affect the efficacy of the upregulation of beta receptors ?

Im just talking a month or two as it pertains to clen use. Now a year or two? I dont know.

yea, not sure...I do have allergies and sometimes neighbors won't let me sleep, so I take 2 to knock out..holy shit...I wonder if allegra 180 does anything to the beta receptors..i'll have to research that, for I have been a year on that but it's prescribed..

I take allegra also, but only when I feel like I have too. Like start of spring, middle of summer and end of Jan. Usually take for a few weeks at a time.

I remember when my insomnia was reall bad and Id take 4 to 6 benedryl and it still did nothing.

wow...yea I usually pop Tylenol PM, sleep MD, and or xanax/transcene i think it's called...usually tylenol PM does the trick, but i try not to take all the time bc of liver...but wow, 6 benydrils thats alot
