I'm about to start a clen cycle and will run it for 30 days straight.
Also, do the doses have to be taken 3 times/day, or can I take half prior to AM cardio (8am), and the other half about 4pm or so? I'm using LiquidClen from a research site the twice/day dosing is a little more convienent.

Split doses is the best way to use it since clen is active for 12 hours, I take it twice per day, once early morning and once early afternoon. I've tried l-tyrosine with clen at 1500-2000mg a day, I really didn't notice any difference. I did notice a difference with pyruvate at 6 to 8 grams a day just prior to meals. It also seems that I'm not as tired when I use pyruvate which makes since because rapid fat loss decreases production of atp in the liver to slow the fat loss. Pyruvate increases atp production which increases fat loss.
I think that perhaps l-tyrosine and guggul liped would be helpful post cycle to help normalize the thyroid. Do use high dose of niacin with clen. Niacin and clen can cause blood pressure fluctions that have caused people to faint.
