Clen: 2 days on 2 off or 2 weeks on 2 off?

what has been your experience on best way to maximize fatloss and avoid crash/receptor shutdown.
 
In the past I've used a lot of clen so have people that I know. Through trail and error and actual research I believe that most people do not use clen to its full potential.

When you start your clen cycle go four weeks straight building up to your desired dose in the first week. Take one week off, then two weeks on for the remainder of the cycle. This method has worked better than any other that my bros and I have tried especially for contest prep. In fact I have gotten completely ripped at times with just continous 30 use. If you have been off clen for awhile I believe that it takes close to 30 days to saturate the receptors. It only takes bata two receptors between three and six days to clear of clen so in a week your good for another two on. Take my word you will see continous fat burning throughout the first 30 day peroid.:)

Without trying to hijack this thread too far would you guys recommend using ECA on your "off" time from Clen? Or does it compete for the same receptors?

i did my two weeks of clen, now i am on week 3 of eca, at end of week do u think i should jump back on the clen for 30 days?....i was loving the results from the clen(hubei double strength).
ps. i wish i read your post last week!!!
 
If you use my approach I don't think that you require ECA with only seven days off. I know guys that get so damn tired on clen that they take eca while on clen to get extra energy for their workout and it doesn't seem to effect the out come.

when i decide to use clen I do it this way :)

I'm back from the BLACKOUT. What did people do before electricity anyways?

1) So Lift, basically 1 week on ending at say 80 mg day, 1 week off, then week 3 & 4 at 80 mg?

2) is there any crash at end?

3) any herbs or aminos to keep Thyroid from slowing down? I remember reading a post about this but can't find it (tyrosine? taurine?)

4) how does clen treat John Thomas? ECA makes it difficult to get a rock-solid erection. This is mitigated by combining wit yohimbe (which also helps fat burning obviously). Based on my quick read, it seems that Clen is in same family as Yohimbe so should be either neutral or beneficial in this regard. any opinions?


p.s. The most sobering creepy thing I ever experienced was driving tru midtown and downtown manhattan at 3AM during blackout. The city that never sleeps with a lit-up deli on every corner, overhead halogens every few feet, neon lights etc, just BLACK. no people. no light. no noise. Just Nothing. scary shit.

what was your dosing?
 
I've tried Clen a million times and found what works best for me:

10days Clen

1+2+3: 50mcg(or 40 if you have the 20mcg) + caffein 200mg before cardio
3+4+5+6: 75mcg + 200mg caffein before cardio
8+9+10: 100mcg + 200mg caffein before cardio
day 11: OFF, Caffein 3 times per day 250-300mg per time
Day 12-21: Ephedra(for fatloss this shit rules as it is active in your body bmuch longer than pure ephedrine)
I take 400mg Ephedra 3 times per day and never after 3 in the afternoon + Yohimbine HCL 6mg per time, caffin 250-300mg each time. Problems with sleep is solved with HIIT in the evening + big protein meal before bed + 5-htp

22-31: Clen as above, start at the same dose.

I've never tired green tea but will next time. I like using Creatine with Cen as I donot get as many "sides" with is. Less water in my body and I feel very ill when on Clen.


My cuttingstack for September 20 looks like this:

Clen and EC as above, never use Aspirtin because I do not feel I need it.

Green tea with the yohimbine at 5 in the morning, then go to sleep again and get up at 7 for caffein and Clen, then wait until 8.30 for 40-50 minutes moirningwalk oin an empty stomach.

Calories same as when I'm bulking for the first 2 weeks, then lower to BMR and to to add some muscle, get more toned and sheed some fat away. I change something every week on the same day, I add 10minutes cardio per week and day(4 days morningcardio) then go back to 3 days carido and add in 1 day of HIIT. Then next week 3 days morningwalks and 2 days HIIT, then on this for 2 weeks and seem how it goes. Plan wil be to sheed fat away while adding a little mass. Proein wil be at 350g, fat from omega3, CLA, omega6, 9 and a little "bad" fats as they are needed.
