Clear fluid from nip on cycle?

My boy is running the following...

In his 3rd week
Test e 500mg wk
Tbol 100mg day
Aromasin 12.5 mg eod

He noticed yesterday his nips look puffy he said. He squeezed them and a "clear oily" fluid came out.

Now most would jump to the Gyno assumption, however I've seen some write ups that this happens from prolactin build up, imbalance in hormones could cause lactation to keep ducts open, cancer (god forbid), or the obvious onset of Gyno.

He says he has no pain and no lump or pea sized lumps inside his nipple.

What's everyone thoughts.
This is a good friend and Only want the best advice.
I told him go to a doctor that without blood anyone is guessing.

I've only ever seen this with:

1) infected pierced nipples

2) elevated prolactin

As long as he's on. If I get prolactin issues I will run the caber until it's gone (usually about 4 weeks) and then about 6 more days just to make sure.

He shouldn't have rebound issues, as prolactin doesn't really behave like estro, but if he does I have had success with forma. Apply it directly to the nipple.

Start it at 5 pumps 2x a day and taper down to 2x2 over the next few weeks until the bottle is gone, but keep in mind this is probably not gonna be necessary unless he just can't get rid of the problem.

Ok, this look like Gyno to anyone?! Kid is buggin out. Nips look a biiiit puffy. I didn't feel anything behind his nip. (Yea it was fuckin weird but he's my boy for a long time so not too weird). Maybe just cause he's fuckin with it.

First cycle for him. He's ran pro hormones before. First time using a ai. I have him taking aromasin 12.5mg eod.
What should I have him take?

definately have him run bloods. at the very least you can see what is going on in his body and learn how to better cycle in the future.

he has a good frame, tell him to shave and tan up and he will definately look solid..

that's a ton of tbol for his first cycle. and only week 5 off between orals probably won't kill him but isn't liver friendly at all. I'd go 9-14 with the var.

anyway, If he wants to continue the cycle despite the gyno, I would go 25mg daily with the aromasin just to make sure it doesn't get worse. or he can stop the cycle and get on one of the gyno removal methods. should be able to find one with a search here.
