Ok, It's summer and I want to gain muscle without too much fat. It's gonna be tough because I'm naturally skinny anyway so I need to find a good balance.
Can you recommend a decent diet that will enable me to do this?
Also, I'm thinking of adding 1 day of cardio a week to the 3x weight training mainly because i feel like i've eaten so much junk for so long that my heart can't be in the best of condition.
I'm 5'10 about 152lbs (ye i know like i said naturally skinny) with about 12% bf. But want to stay lean.
