Hi guys,

I'm going to Thailand to work soon where I can pick up all and every different types of steroids. I haven't worked out for about 6 months (broken hand) and want to do a cycle. I took sustanon about 4 years ago (my first and only cycle) and the results were very good. I've read about the 'classic' mass builder: Deca, Sust and Dbol but how much should I take as I am 183cm and 70kgs?
Also, I'm thinking of taking HGH as it should help my hand to heal faster.

Any help from you guys would be much appreciated!
 
i dunno what the metric system translates to in feet and pounds.

but i think you will be best served resting your hand first and getting back conditioned before going on a cycle.

then with the stuff you mentioned you can run the standard

deca 400mg/week
sust 500mg/week
dbol 30mg/day

and lineup a good PCT. and towards the end of the cycle run an AI to help with the estro.

ALSO READ THE STICKY'S ABOVE STEROIDS 101 AND best PCT for 2010 etc etc. those are must reads for noobs and you will avoid the dumb mistakes that many go through
 
@ 6 feet tall and 154lbs i would recommend letting your hand heal and get yourself built up to at least 180lbs before doing any sort of cycle. build some sort of foundation to work on.

BUT.......

if you are just gonna go ahead and go for it the above cycle is too heavy for your size.

something like this is more reasonable

1 - 12 sust 500mg
1 - 4 dbol 30mg/day (25 if 30 has too many sides for you)

Thanks, appreciate the advice. My hand is almost healed, I think just a little HGH would help me toward the end. I've got three months away from my kid and this is the only time where I can use steroids as I don't really like myself on them; so it's now or never.
Is the dbol injection, as I'd rather do that than pills (considering liver damage).
Any ideas on HGH and PCT?

I don't understand why people come on here knowing not alot about steroids, with the idea they want to take them, and then they expect people to just give them all the information on a plate. My advice to you is do some reading, put together what you think is a suitable cycle for your goals, then come back and let people give it a little tweak here and there. The classic mass builder you talk of is supposed to be a great cycle but probably too much considering you've been clean for 4 years and this is only your second cycle. Is it just me or do other people agree?
 
do some reading bro. read all the sticky's above. they will answer all your questions.

you have A LOT of questions. and your hand should heal on its own. bone heals, muscles heal. no reason to mess with HGH cause its extremely expensive and needs a lot of dedication as in 6months worth. so dont think its right for you.

so like i said READ THE STICKY's. read the thread about preventing gyno (search for it under 'preventing gyno'). its all there for you on here.

But like you write Goldie, I've got my cycle here and if anyone can tweak it for me, I'd be really greatful to have some surety after all this confusion.

wk 1-6 - 30-40mg of dianabol everyday
wk 1-10 - 500mg of Testosterone (two injections a week of 250ml)
wk 1-10 - 20mg of Nolvadex everyday.
wk 4-10 - HCG 2x 250iu a week

This is taking into consideration I am 6ft and 155lbs. Thanks.

Why do people ask questions if they don;t listen to the answers?
 
Keep reading man, need to educate yourself further I think. Also at 155lbs you could easily put on some more size. Im about your height and I managed to get to 16st naturally and I was still fairly lean. My advice to you is to get back up to a decent weight training naturally and while you do this you can read up on steroids. Thats my advice man
