I M Started Body Sculpture Class W Light Dumbell And Satated W 20 Min Spinning Class For Fat Burn On Empty Stomach, What U Thİnk

i think he's saying hes doing a body sculpture class with light weight dumbells for 20 minutes of spinning/moving for fat burning - he's doing it on an empty stomach. Is this a good form of cardio? or should he jump on the elliptical and treadmill?
 
Instead Of Doİng Cardİo On Empty Stomach In The Morning , I M Taking Cardio Class. Class Start W 20 Min Of Cycling And Continue With Bench Press On Light Weight Shoulder Presses And So On
