ok,the way i understand it ephedra is baned,but ephedrine is still legal.what is going on here,someone clarify

Honestly, I don't think ephedrine makes for a very good asthma -- not quick enough for a short-acting medication, and not long enough for a preventive medication. I really don't think people diagnosed with asthma will notice its absence.
