Claims rep for Progressive, does it pay?

I'm looking desperately to get out of my current job, it's terrible. I'm an asst manager at a gas station. I never would have guessed I'd have such a hard time getting a decent job with a college degree. A search on Monster for my area brought up nothing I was qualified for that was any better except maybe this:
Progressive Insurance
Claims Representative
Des Moines, IA
<snip>
Will investigate, appraise and settle both vehicle and personal injury claims. Examine policies to determine coverage. Interview, telephone, or correspond with claimants and witnesses, consult police and hospital records, and inspect property damage to determine extent of liability.
Qualified candidates should possess:
*A Bachelor's degree with a solid GPA or prior auto claims experience
*Excellent communication, organizational and developed customer service skills
*Ability to work in a fast paced environment
*A high degree of motivation and team orientation
*Ability to work a schedule that could include evenings and/or weekends
*Valid drivers license with a good driving record
We offer a competitive salary, a Gainsharing program, and comprehensive benefits including a 401 (k) plan.
<snip>

Now, what should I expect this to pay, or how much should I ask for? Or, more importantly, is this job gonna suck as much as mine already does?
Or any ideas on what to look into? I'm open to almost anything, as long as it's an improvement and doesn't require me to leave the heaven that is Iowa.
