i will be starting the body opus ckd diet, starting on sunday night. i want to make sure i got everything in order before i start.

supplements: cinnamon bark, chromium, calcium, yohimburn es

my diet will consist of bacon, beef, grilled chicken, whey, eggs, udo's choice, olive oil. i will be eating around 2900 cals which is 10% under maintenance.

my carb up day on fri will be followed by the guidelilnes in the book. i didnt feel like copying all of it.

im not sure if purcee will throw me out of ketosis. bump on that? if not, ill be taking it pre and post workout.

i will be having a pwo of just whey protein which does have a couple carbs per serving. the total carb count on fitday is around 12, so its under 20g.

if there's anything else im missing, let me know.
 
Good luck bro Im doing that diet now and loving it,only thing is I am going to stay in Ketosis longer than the 5 days.I am going to try to stay on it till I get to around 7% bodyfat from 10%
 
i dont want to sacrifice muscle which is why im only doing 10% under maintenance and using a carb up day.
 
almonds, avacados, beef, anpb will all help you get those higher fat ratio's.
just watch out when you aren't in keto yet, as Mak has said many times, avoid ALL carbs until in keto.... if that is the case then use whole cream, mayo, fatty meat for those first day or so until keto, then watch the sat.fat.

I have been eating sausage,eggs,pork,beef,chicken with skin and everything,peanuts,bacon,avocados,fried fish,spare ribs with dryrub only no bbq.
 
No creatine will not effect keto as long as you aren't taking it with carbs!
As for pre-workout I ususally like to work out an hour at least after I eat... something light like a can of tuna or a chicken breast or a handfull of almonds would be a decent bet.
 
thats what i figured. ill prob wait 1.5 hrs after i eat to workout and take purcee 30 min prior to workout and immediately post. ill prob include a small protein shake since 1 scoot contains >3g carbs.
