CKD is not so bad

been on it for like a month now. not really bad i eat alot of peanuts and chicken ceaser salads. lots of diet dr pepper and lots of grilled chicken with red hot and butter. a new favorite of mine is taco meat with cheese/lettuce and salsa(sometimes a little ranch too). eat variations of that all day and thats it for 5 days out of the week. working out nicely FINALLY losing those last pounds of fat that have been on my since 1992. im up to 178 while on ckd from 170 semi lean in august. was weigning in at 186-7 on creatine/normal diet/extra fat so i figure when i lean out completely(8 percent or so at about 11 right now) ill be about this 178(water weight coming back and fat lost should cancel out)


im thinking about switching diets up again in 2 weeks for those last hard BF percentage points. i wanna get rid of my stubborn fat before putting on more mass because i never have before. adding cardio this sun 4x a weeek and then after 2 weeks i might go off ckd and switch to a more traditional cutting diet. thought i would keep you all posted prob could go on diet board but there is like a post every 2 and a half years there so i posted here :)
 
never bothers me..... i find it easier cuz meals aren't as hard to prepare. what other diet when you dont have time to prepare something can u open 2x packages planters peanuts and eat them and call it a well balanced meal. or snack on pepperoni while watching tv. even resteraunts are getting much better offering low carb meals. its not so bad come over to the dark side sometime!
 
I may give it another run after christmas when I start cutting for my vacation to punta cana,I do like the ease of meals,but the headaches and bitchyness kills me,so to cut in the past I just hopped on prop and did cardio 5-6 times a week and ate sub 2000cals

it takes 7-9 days for the body to switch over to using fat...after that time, you will generally feel better
 
dude, when you gonna bulk and put on mass? Checked your gallery. Are you over 6 feet tall. just asking, I would never go on cutting long term cause one needs to bulk and build muscle. I am a firm believer in 4k a day diets to build muscle and loose wt.
 
ya im 6'1" . i know i should be bulking but i did for 3 months and coulda done it more clean. im very self conscious and have trouble carrying extra weight cuz it bothers the hell out of me. in any event im trying to get to the lowest bf possible since i have never broken 10 percent. then i will put on more mass. its alot harder to get considerable bigger cuz im younger then you all.... only 17

I took carbs out and i was hungry all the time.. reintrudcued a few days ago.. not alot but a bit and i feel so much fuller
