been on it for like a month now. not really bad i eat alot of peanuts and chicken ceaser salads. lots of diet dr pepper and lots of grilled chicken with red hot and butter. a new favorite of mine is taco meat with cheese/lettuce and salsa(sometimes a little ranch too). eat variations of that all day and thats it for 5 days out of the week. working out nicely FINALLY losing those last pounds of fat that have been on my since 1992. im up to 178 while on ckd from 170 semi lean in august. was weigning in at 186-7 on creatine/normal diet/extra fat so i figure when i lean out completely(8 percent or so at about 11 right now) ill be about this 178(water weight coming back and fat lost should cancel out)
im thinking about switching diets up again in 2 weeks for those last hard BF percentage points. i wanna get rid of my stubborn fat before putting on more mass because i never have before. adding cardio this sun 4x a weeek and then after 2 weeks i might go off ckd and switch to a more traditional cutting diet. thought i would keep you all posted prob could go on diet board but there is like a post every 2 and a half years there so i posted here
