ok my plan is to melt 35lbs of unwanted fat....i am going to be doing a ckd diet, and from all the info that i have read on it i would like you to see if i got it right.....critisim is always welcome.
Height: 6'3
Weight: 265lbs
LBM: 199lbs
BF%: 25%
Goal BF%: 10-12%
im looking to get in around 2450cals per day 75% fat 25% protein
here is a sample sunday-friday afternoon meal plan would look like:
Meal1: 4 eggs (cooked in butter or olive oil), 4 pieces of bacon, cheese
Meal2: peperoni, cheese
Meal3: 1 can of tuna w/ 1 1/2tbsp of mayo, choped onions
Meal4: 2 1/4 hamber patties with cheese and mustard
Meal5: 10oz sirloin w/ ceasar salad
Meal6: protein shake with 2tbsp of flax
here is what my diet might look like on the carb loading days:
Meal1: mini wheats w/skim milk, banana
Meal2: penut butter and jam sandwich, yougurt
Meal3: foot long sub from subway
Meal4: protein shake, with strawberries and banana
Meal5: Pasta of some sort
Meal6: Protein shake
i know i will have a few beers on friday and saturday night (not past 12am midnight) and i might end up at dennys or some late night resturant after the bar.
Supplements:
metamusil, MM's/MV's, eca, ala, vanadyle, protein powder
