CKD help please! URGENT!

well guys i am gonna start a CKD soon.
i am trying to chart out my meals and i am having problems.
I wanna get a variety of foods if possible since eating the same dam foods every day gets annoying. I was wondering if someone could help me out and obtain Ketosis for me.. i have spent the last 2 hours trying to figure out how to get to this values without oils (flaxseed or any other kind). if someone could help me that would be great.

BTW: taking Animal Cuts, with multi vitamin (GNC MEGAMEN)

Now i used the CKD worksheet Mr. X was generously enough to provide.

I personally don't think it is possible to get the amount of oils needed without Flaxseed, or any other oil and still keep your BMRs at the right levels. I would cave in and consider using oil in ur diet, it helps blunt hunger for me, about as effective as Carbs used to be
 
Based on your % goals, it will probably be difficult on day 1 without oils. Days 2-6 should be achievable.

Throw in plenty of Brazil nuts. 100gms Brazil nuts provide calories of 675, fat 68gms, protein 14gms, carbs 2.5gms.

Full fat cheese, with no carbs is also great. Make sure you check label, some have carbs.

Hungarian Salami and eggs are other good sources.
