I have been following a ckd for the last couple of weeks and getting pretty good results. ON my carb up day i am usually pretty loose with my diet, i have some forbidden foods. I am losing weight every week and feel great. The only thing that bothers me a little is the day or two after my carb up. I seem to carry alot of water and then by the end of the week it goes away. I was wondering if there is any way not to have this water build up. Or if there is a way to limit it or get rid of it faster after my carbup. Like i said i love the diet and it is going well. I would like to continue my carbup the way i have been doing it. thanks
