ckd ? for mr. x

I have been following a ckd for the last couple of weeks and getting pretty good results. ON my carb up day i am usually pretty loose with my diet, i have some forbidden foods. I am losing weight every week and feel great. The only thing that bothers me a little is the day or two after my carb up. I seem to carry alot of water and then by the end of the week it goes away. I was wondering if there is any way not to have this water build up. Or if there is a way to limit it or get rid of it faster after my carbup. Like i said i love the diet and it is going well. I would like to continue my carbup the way i have been doing it. thanks

There are ways to get rid of the water, but I don't see the big problem because when you carb up every gram of carbs carries about 4g water w/ it. So, you will gain the water no matter what. Try drinking black coffee in the morning, taking 2000mg of Vit C and some glycerol during the last few hours of the carb-up.
