Lift/Run (cardio)
Post workout
Protein Shake w/ 1 1/2 cup Dextrose
8:00pm
1 full can of tuna w/mayo
about 1 1/2 gallons of H2O per day as well.
Im in ketosis and have been for awhile. Its tough, but I find the repetition helps me get through the cravings.
